Pricing is Per Foot. A floor bracket should be used at both ends of the tubing, plus one at every 4ft. increment. Ex: 8ft of tubing needs 1 bracket on each end and 1 in the center because there is more than 4ft between. You will need to choose brackets and hardware in either brass or chrome.
